Looking Back at the Past and Looking Forward to the Future — XSD 2023 Recognition Ceremony and 2024 Goal Setting Meeting

Time flies, and the years pass like a song. As we bid farewell to the hard-working year of 2023, we welcome the hopeful 2024. At this time of old and new, our company held the '2023 Recognition Ceremony and 2024 Goal Setting Meeting'. This event was not only a summary and review of the past year but also a planning and outlook for the new year. It was an important communication opportunity for our employees, a moment of encouragement and support from our bosses, and a chance for mental relaxation amidst work.

Before the meeting began, everyone enjoyed snacks and chatted in a cheerful and harmonious atmosphere. The meeting started with speeches from the boss and various leaders. 2023 was an extraordinary year. We faced many difficulties and the road ahead was full of pressure, but our team's fighting spirit did not weaken. Our work was implemented even better, and XSD presented an increasingly positive development posture. This was the result of the company's united and hardworking spirit. The excellent employees recognized today are outstanding representatives of our team. They have fully demonstrated their abilities in their respective positions, showing a professional spirit of daring to think, act, and venture, and a noble quality of dedication.

Next, we recognized the outstanding employees of 2023 and distributed red envelopes as encouragement. Among them were diligent colleagues from the processing department, the business department colleagues who took on heavy responsibilities, the purchasing department colleagues who endured hardships, the engineering department colleagues who worked quietly and without fame, the production department colleagues who dedicated their light and heat, and the quality department colleagues who continually learned without regard for personal gain. They all made significant contributions to the company and set examples for other employees.

Then, the leaders signed the target responsibility statement for 2024 and took photos to commemorate the moment. 2024 will be a key year for our company's development. We hope that all employees will unite towards this goal, with departments supporting each other and maintaining firm confidence to achieve our objectives, taking the company to greater heights.

Finally, we had an exciting game time with three games: word riddles, brain teasers, and Pictionary. There were cash rewards for each correct answer. Everyone eagerly participated and actively answered, with no one left out. In the end, everyone received some reward. This greatly enhanced the cohesion among employees and between employees and leaders.
