1) Extrusion equipment: The gap between the construction barrel and the screw is not more than 0.1MM, which is convenient for the material to be fully plasticized.

2) Extruder rod: screw screw structure: it is recommended to adopt a general-purpose single-thread equidistant and unequal-depth screw structure; compression ratio: it is recommended to use a screw compression ratio of 1:3; length-to-diameter ratio: it is recommended to use L/D not less than 20 :1 screw aspect ratio.

3) Extrusion mold: It is recommended to use a semi-extruded tube extrusion mold. When installing the mold, make the end face of the mold core slightly indented from the outer end of the mold sleeve hole or make it parallel.
